Strategic Planning

Civetta Solutions Strategic Planning is how non-profit organizations develop a clear and executable strategy to ensure the future of their mission.

Strategic planning is essential for all organizations if they are to achieve desired results and identify goals. These goals are used to create individualized action plans that help serve the needs of the program while focusing on the mission and vision of the organization. We offer three types of strategic planning depending on the needs of your organization.

Facilitator :
Facilitates the strategic planning process and a core group does the work. Providing the general structure, templates and tools, and project management. The work group is fully responsible for the environmental scan and drafting the final product. This model works best for groups that are very engaged and members of the volunteer work group have the ability to research prior to the retreat, coordinate with the stakeholder group, and write the plan.

Planner :
We work as the primary strategic planner and conducts the environmental scan, prepares for the board retreat, and writes the plan following the board retreat. This works best for groups with very engaged members of the volunteer work group with a skilled facilitator as a member of the group.

Facilitator and Planner :
The best of both. Offers facilitation and fills in the gaps of preparing the strategy and implementation plan doing the work that the organization cannot. This allows the organization to determine the work they have the capacity to complete, while leaving the rest of the work to us.
